BeatBrdg: Summer Residential Immersion Experience, London 2024

7 Days of Non-Stop Learning, Fun, and New Experiences!

This Summer 2024, BeatBrdg will deliver our second edition of our London Residential Immersion Experience! Unlike our internship programs, immersions don’t assign you to one host company, but deliver a non-stop schedule of events, talks, seminars, and hands-on experiences.

Running for seven days in London this July, every day is different as participants enjoy studio sessions on music production and engineering techniques, visits to record labels, talks with industry professionals, and a full calendar of evening social and networking events. Immersion experiences teach skills, help build networks, and introduce participants to the music industry in the most hands-on way possible.

Dates for our Summer 2024 program are yet to be confirmed, and registrations for the session will open in January 2024.

London is a city that needs no introduction. Home to some of the world’s most iconic landmarks, such as the Tower Bridge, the London Eye, and Big Ben, it is a city steeped in history and culture. With its thriving music scene, creative industries, and renowned universities, London is a global hub for innovation and opportunity. From museums and galleries to world-class restaurants and nightlife, London is a great setting for your Summer Immersion Experience.

Summer 2024 Immersion Itinerary

Your full 7-day itinerary is full of events, seminars, workshops and visits. Enjoy a week like no other. Learn, have fun, meet industry leaders and make new friends, while enjoying all of the sights, sounds and attractions of London! All experiences costs are covered in your fees. No hidden extras.

Registrations for our 2024 session will open in January 2024.

Day 1 – Arrivals and check-in. Group welcome meeting and orientation. Group dinner.

Day 2 – Group breakfast meeting and orientation. Morning studio engineering session. Lunch. London sightseeing tour. Dinner and Movie Night. Evening industry seminar.

Day 3 – Group breakfast and orientation. London bike ride. Lunch. Afternoon visit to record label, and talk with label head. Dinner. West-End by night.

Day 4 – Group breakfast and orientation. Morning studio DAWS session. Lunch. Afternoon how to get hired in music talk, followed by post talk networking drinks.

Day 5 – Group breakfast and orientation. Trip to London Eye and Big Ben. Afternoon ‘team DAW production challenge’. Evening free.

Day 6 – Group breakfast and orientation. Learn how to DJ session. Lunch. London landmark music tour. Leaving dinner and movie night.

Day 7 – Final breakfast, check-out and departures.

  • Your full 7-day itinerary of events, seminars, workshops and visits. Enjoy a week like no other. Learn, have fun, meet industry leaders and make new friends, while enjoying all of the sights, sounds and attractions of London! All experiences costs are covered in your fees. No hidden extras.

  • Housing and Meals. One less thing to budget for, or worry about! Safe, comfortable housing (shared room) and all meals – breakfast, lunches and dinners are included in the cost of the experience. (except where indicated).

  • Weekly Travel Pass. Get unlimited 24-hour travel around London by tube (metro), and bus.

  • Guided Support from BeatBrdg Advisers. Our team manage and lead the experience, escorting groups throughout the week from breakfast to the end of each day, and providing pastoral support where required.

  • Experience Welcome Pack. Your welcome pack includes your London city guide, experience and visit schedule, arrival checklist, and much more!

  • Alumni Networking / Jobseeker Advice. All experience alumni join our private network group to share contacts, news, and career opportunities We also advise and share job openings often before they are openly listed.

  • Airport Transfers* Having arrival and departure transportation pre-arranged makes things that little bit easier, and can be added when you apply (optional).
