BeatBrdg: 2024/5 Tuition Fees & Start Dates
On this page you can find information on tuition fees and the 2024/5 start dates for your international or domestic internship.
Tuition fees are the fees that we charge to deliver your internship experience, and go towards the costs of arranging the internship, providing applicant support at all stages of the process, and the costs of the other elements of the service as shown below. Tuition fees are based on the length of internship selected. Internships regularly begin the first Monday of the month all year around, and you can select an internship length from 6 weeks to 48 weeks.
Please Note:
*The initial deposit amount due will depend on the length of internship you have chosen, and is either £600 / $750 (for internships up to 16 weeks), or £850 / $1050 for internships of 20 weeks and over.
*You will only pay the initial deposit if your application is approved and you have signed the internship agreement. If, after completing the application process your application is not accepted there will be no cost to you.
* The program deposit is part of the overall tuition / fee due.
* Tuition / fees are billed in either £ GBP or $ USD, depending on your location and preference. £ GBP is default for UK and European applicants. $ USD is default for applicants from North & South America, Asia, Oceania and Africa.

Optional Extras
At BeatBrdg our focus is on delivering the best internship possible, while also recognising that most of our applicants are independently minded and enjoy having the flexibility of being able to arrange things like accommodation / housing and local transport themselves.
For applicants that prefer to have everything taken care of altogether, we are also happy to help arranging accommodation, travel insurance and airport transfers, and can provide suitable options for you to research further, or make direct bookings on your behalf.
Accommodation / Housing
Accommodation is not included in your tuition fees, but can be added to your application and booked on your behalf, if requested. We can also introduce you to pre-vetted local providers (private rental, shared student housing, and homestays) for you to research and book independently if you prefer. To determine the approximate cost of housing for your internship in your city, contact us for current pricing details.
We can also provide pricing for both shared and private rooms in student accommodation and these include all bills, unlimited internet access, and in London only – meals (breakfast and dinner).
Housing is normally billed weekly in advance by most providers, with a one-week deposit paid prior to arrival to confirm the reservation.
Travel Insurance
Making sure that you are fully covered against potential risks while overseas is something that is extremely important and often overlooked when planning your internship.
We work with a number of underwriters that are specialists in the provision of travel insurance specifically tailored for interns, that includes workplace cover, cover against accidents, personal injury, loss of travel documents, missed flights, and theft of personal belongings. Accommodation is not included in your tuition fees, but can be added to your application and booked on your behalf, if requested.
Airport Transfers
Being able to walk out of the airport straight into a waiting car with your luggage, and be driven straight to your accommodation after a long flight is the ultimate luxury. Whether you’re arriving into a new city for the first time, or simply don’t want the hassle of finding your own transport options, booking an airport transfer with BeatBrdg is a convenient add-on that we are happy to help with, and can be indicated on your application.
